Vikki Parker brings over two decades of experience in strategic growth, business acquisition, and transformation across the finance, disability, and wellness sectors.
An investor and multi-award-winning entrepreneur, she is known for building high-performing teams and delivering outcomes that balance commercial strength with long-term impact.
Her work is grounded in a deeper philosophy — that the environments we live in directly shape how we feel, function, and recover. This perspective has been shaped by years of study in mind-body disciplines, including becoming a Reiki Master and Yoga Master, giving her a unique ability to bridge human wellbeing with built form.
As Co-Founder of ParkLee Wellness and the driving force behind Elite Home Wellness, Vikki is redefining residential design — integrating wellness into the structure of the home itself.

Pierre Lee
Pierre Lee spent nearly three decades building some of Australia's most complex construction projects — rising from electrician's apprentice to Building and Construction Manager, and representing Australia in rugby along the way.
But it was a catastrophic injury, and the long road back from rock bottom, that gave Pierre his most important education. Seven years of intentional self-development, mindfulness, and physical recovery transformed his understanding of what it means to truly thrive.
As Co-Founder of ParkLee Wellness and the driving force behind Brisbane Pools & Landscapes, Pierre brings the builder's precision, the athlete's discipline, and the hard-won wisdom of someone who knows what it means to heal — to every environment he creates.
